Tinman stores information submitted through suggestion and correction forms so editors can assess them. Contact email is optional and is used only to follow up on that submission. We do not display submitter details or internal moderation notes publicly.
Tinman does not display advertisements or load advertising trackers.
The hosting provider may process ordinary server logs such as IP address, requested URL, and timestamp for operations and security. The application stores a one-way hash of the requester address with submissions and login attempts for abuse controls. Administrator sessions use an HttpOnly session cookie. Tinman does not use a separate analytics service. Hosting, retention, and backup practices depend on the operator’s cPanel provider; configure those with the provider before launch. Contact the site operator to request access or deletion where applicable.
